This is the first time in IPL history when IPL AUCTION will take place just after approximately 2 months of an IPL FINAL final. Due to this corona Virus pandemic, the IPL Season of 2020 was held from September to November, which was supposed to be held in APRIL as it's ritual. In IPL 2020 we saw so many dramatic moments including a short run incident that allegedly became a reason for KXIP's situation where they needed 2 points to get into the qualifiers.

Apart from this, we also got to see a lot of outstanding performance from players in all factors - Batting, Bowing and fielding.
We became the witness of the mind-blowing catches that made this IPL more excited. Some young guns proved their franchise right to pick them by delivering valuable performance.
The points table was also quite interested where many teams faced a lot of ups and downs and we had to wait till the last match to get the final four.
But in the end, Mumbai Indians repeated the history and lifted the trophy 5th times. It was all about IPL 2020. Let's talk about IPL AUCTION 2021. And in this we will tell you about players who might go unsold.
3 PLAYERS WHO MAY BE UNSOLD IN IPL AUCTION 2021
He is known as a big Show in International cricket because of his batting style. He was picked by KXIP in 10.5 crores in the hope of a solution to the middle order problem. But rather than giving them a solution, he became a problem for them. He was in the good form before starting this IPL. And we had already seen his Rage form with the bat in 2014 when the first half of IPL was held in UAE. That year was his best IPL season with the bat for KXIP. So everyone was expecting the same action from him. But in this season, he was not even able to hit a single six. After this kind of performance, KXIP may send him back to the pool. And it will not be a surprising thing if he goes unsold.

Robin Uthappa is said to be one of the most underrated batsmen of Indian cricket. He did not get enough changes to play for India which he deserved. But in IPL proved his value for his recent franchises. He is among the most run-scorers in the IPL history. For IPL 2020 he was picked by Rajasthan Royals. RR wanted a reliable middle-order batsman so that they went after Robin in the IPL auction last year. But things did not go as RR wanted. They failed to give him a specific position to bat. They firstly let him bat in the middle order and then pushed to open, where he could only play one good inning of 41 runs. Overall, he played 12 matches and scored 196 runs. This performance is not worth his fees - 3 crores. RR may release him and go for some young batsman who did well in this ipl. Moreover, in IPL Auction 2021 Robin can go unsold too.

Kuldeep Yadav had been one the most dangerous spinner in International cricket for India and KKR in IPL as well. But his last two ipl season were not good for him. Especially IPL 2020 has been the worst ipl for him. He just got 5 games to play where he managed to pick only 1 wicked. He only bowled 12 overs in these 5 matches. During IPL2020, we realized that Kolkata Knight Rider management lost faith in Kuldeep Yadav's bowling. Many cricket experts think that KKR will not retain him and send him back to the pool of IPL Auction 2021. There are very rare chances of Kuldeep's being sold because there are many time times who need a wrist spinner.
