Two men are said to have slit the ear of a hotel owner in Chennai.

The defendants were identified as Arun Kumar and Siva.

Two men allegedly attacked a Chennai restaurant owner and cut his ear when they were upset about a delay in service.

The men were identified as Arun Kumar and Siva. The duo had seen a movie at the Devi Theater in Velipalayam. Realizing that there was still time for the movie, they decided to go to a nearby restaurant to eat.

The supplier there served another table instead of the accused duo. This resulted in a verbal fight and escalated into a physical altercation. The two men then took out a machete and cut open the owner’s ear.

The victim was immediately taken to the hospital and the police informed of the incident.

Upon request, Arun Kumar and Siva were found to be rowdies and the police immediately took them into custody.
