Rajasthan Royals captain Sanju Samson admitted on Monday that 189 was a trackable sum, but losing too many wickets in the middle of overs hurt his team’s chances when RR choked to death against Chennai Super Kings at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium.
In particular, Ravindra Jadeja and Moeen Ali shared five wickets to trigger a collapse in which Rajasthan lost five wickets for eight runs when CSK 189 successfully defended to climb to second place on the IPL 2021 points table.
