Two people were killed in an explosion at an oxygen filling station in Lucknow on Wednesday. After initial input, the explosion took place while the workers refilled an oxygen cylinder. The fire caused by the explosion engulfed the gas station in the Chinhat area of the capital of Uttar Pradesh.
At least five people were injured in the incident.
The fire has been extinguished and rescue operations are underway. The district judge and the police commissioner are on site.
