The Central Beaureu of Investigation withdraws Narada Supreme Court hearing. All questions related to the case will now be heard in the Supreme Court.

The attorney general also asked the Supreme Court to adjourn the matter to Friday.

The Supreme Court asks why the CBI and the central government failed to take action against political leaders who tried to “besiege the CBI office”.

The Supreme Court said it was about depriving someone of their liberty. How could HC issue the warrant without notifying the accused?

However, SC refuses to file a motion against the HC order for house arrest in the alleged Narada Sting case by order of the CBI.

CBI will address all issues in front of the 5 judges bench of the Calcutta Supreme Court.
