Sagar Rana murder: Sushil Kumar’s friend Prince to turn government approver, big blow to Olympic medallist


In another blow to two-time Olympic champion Sushil Kumar, his close friend Prince has agreed to give government approval in the Sagar Rana murder.

Sushil Kumar’s close friend Prince, who was present with the two-time Olympic gold medalist during the fight at Chhatrasal Stadium, has agreed to give government approval to the Sagar Rana murder.

According to police, the brawl took place on May 4th between Sushil Kumar and Ajay, Prince, Sonu, Sagar Rana, Amit and others in the parking lot of Chhatrasal Stadium. Sushil even asked Prince to videotape the brawl recovered by the police.

The Delhi Criminal Police arrested the ninth time in the Sagar Rana murder on Friday. The youngest defendant has alleged that he was one of those who beat up wrestlers in the parking lot of Chhatrasal Stadium on the night of May 4th.

The criminal police caught a person named Binder, whose real name was Vijender, from the village of Tikri in the city. Vijender is also a professional wrestler and confessed to beating Sagar Rana and his friends on the orders of the main suspect, Sushil Kumar.

There were a total of 12 main suspects in the Sagar Dhankad Wrestler murder, in which 9 were arrested and 3 escaped. The criminal police conduct raids to catch the three Absconders Praveen, Pradeep and Vinod Pradhan.

Sushil Kumar, 37, was arrested on the morning of May 23 with his co-worker Ajay Kumar in Delhi’s Mundka neighborhood. The duo were caught while on their way to meet someone on a scooter. During interrogation, Sushil admitted that he was present during the brawl and then went home to sleep.
