Delhi BJP President Adesh Gupta attacked AAP leader Manish Sisodia on Wednesday, saying it was a “vulgar joke” to compare home delivery of pizzas to door-to-door rations for poor people .

His testimony came after the Delhi Deputy Prime Minister claimed that the rationing system must be implemented on the doorstep and said, “If people can have pizza, clothes and other supplies delivered to their homes, why can’t ration be delivered to their doorstep? to be delivered? “

In a statement, the Delhi BJP president said it was a “vulgar joke” to compare home delivery of pizzas to poor people’s ration. “Sisodia should know they don’t eat pizza,” said Gupta.

He said the Kejriwal government’s claim of delivering rations to the doorstep was “ridiculous” as it was unable to even deliver rations from their stores to stores at fair prices.

He was referring to allegations by BJP leaders that free rations for poor people were rotting in stores and not being shipped to stores at fair prices.

“It is very unfortunate that Kejriwal and Sisodia are showing more interest in politics and making regular ration declarations rather than providing poor people with enough grain,” said Gupta.

He claimed that although the Modi government has announced that it will provide free rations to those in need through November, it will stop doing so from July 1.
