THE SECOND COMPLAINT
The second complaint was made by a woman who came from a small town in another state to get a role in Bollywood.
The woman was approached by the thug, two of whom were working for Raj Kundra’s HotShot company at the time. The duo had told the woman that they would give her a break in Bollywood.
The woman said in her statement to the police, “All of this happened in 2020. The producers said I have to work on four short films or videos for which I get 1 lakh Rs for Madh Bungalow in Mumbai’s Malvani and another in Lonavala. “

She added, “They told me that as soon as I work with them, they will give me breaks under houses with large banners. However, when the contract was signed it said I would only pay 10,000 rupees a big difference, they said it was done to save on taxes and other problems. “
The woman was led to believe that the contract was only 10,000 rupees, but the actual payment would be 1 lakh rupees.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE SHOOTING
While filming in Madh, the woman was forced to do adult content, which she initially declined. The defendant then told the woman that if she did not act, her entire career would be over and no one in the industry would give her a break.

The defendant continued to try to convince the woman that bold scenes would not be broadcast and cut out. The woman had asked the defendant to show her the last video before it was published.
However, two of the four were added to Raj Kundra’s HotShots app without being shown the final cut. The woman was shocked because there was nudity and bold scenes. Nothing was hidden as promised by the defendants.
Worse still, during the last payment the woman only handed over 3,500 rupees. When the woman asked for more money, she was not entertained.
Very soon, the woman’s testimony under Section 164 will be recorded before the judge. Sources said if Raj Kundra’s name comes up in this case, he will be asked again. At first he was not mentioned in the FIR.
