Nusrat Jahan was admitted to Neotia Hospital in Kolkata last night (August 25). She was due to give birth to her first child today. Bengali actor Yash Dasgupta drove Nusrat to the hospital.
Earlier, on August 25, Nusrat went to a hospital in Kolkata’s Park Street for an examination. A source confirmed to India Today that Nusrat returned home after the investigation. According to recent reports, Bengali actor Yash Dasgupta was in hospital by Nusrat’s side at the time of her delivery today.

NUSRAT SHARE UPDATE FROM THE HOSPITAL
After being hospitalized, Nusrat Jahan shared a new post this morning. She wrote: “Faith over Fear #positivity #morningvibesmany (sic).”

Nusrat Jahan and Nikhil Jain announced on the 19th. At the beginning of the year, Nusrat announced in a statement that their marriage to Nikhil was not valid under Indian law. June 9th Nusrat shared a seven-point statement where she alleged that her property, such as family jewelry and several other assets, had been “illegally withheld”. She also alleged that her funds from various accounts had been “improperly” treated without her knowledge.
In a conversation with India Today.in, Nikhil Jain confirmed the news of his breakup from Nusrat. “These are legalities, I really don’t want to comment on anything she said because the matter is in court. I have filed a civil lawsuit in Calcutta and I will not comment on it until it is in court,” he said.
Nusrat and Nikhil have been separated since November 2020.
