A special NDPS court in Mumbai will issue its ruling on Wednesday on the bail demand of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan, who was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on cruise drugs in Mumbai.
During one Hearing on October 14th, the court reserved Judge VV Patil’s decision on Aryan Khan’s bail. The court planned to deliver the order due to the Dussehra festival and the weekend on October 20th.
Aryan Khan, 23, was arrested by the NCB along with several others during the raid of the Central Agency at a rave party on the cruise ship Cordelia off the coast of Mumbai on October 3rd. On October 7th, Aryan Khan was sent to a 14-day judicial custody. He is currently housed in Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai.
NCB detectives said they seized 13 grams of cocaine, 5 grams of MD, 21 grams of charas, 22 pills of MDMA (ecstasy) and Rs 1.33 lakh in cash during the raid. However, at Aryan Khan. no drugs were foundsaid one NCB official.
Seven other people were arrested along with Aryan Khan, namely Munmun Dhamecha, Arbaaz Merchant, Ismeet Singh, Mohak Jaswal, Gomit Chopra, Nupur Satija and Vikrant Chhokar. A total of twenty people were arrested in the case, including foreigners and suspected drug traffickers.

Aryan Khan’s bail demand declares that he is “innocent and has not committed any crime”. The plea also states that it is an admitted position that there has been no reclamation (of drugs) from Aryan Khan and that the NCB has no incriminating material against. has him.
The plea adds that the NCB “mechanically and intellectually applied the provisions of the 1985 NDPS Act in relation to the present applicant without any evidence and / or elements to support the same”.
What did the NCB say?
The NCB has defied Aryan Khan’s bail request in court, claiming that he was a drug user and part of an “international drug trade” based on his WhatsApp chats.
The NCB said Aryan traded drugs in bulk and there was evidence of monetary transactions in chats pulled on his phone.
