Aryan Khan will most likely get out of jail today (Saturday) morning. A detailed deposit issued by the Bombay High Court on Friday. However, Shah Rukh Khan’s son had to spend another night in prison as the 5.30pm deadline for paperwork in prison was missed on Friday.
Under the Bail orders for Aryan, was a travel ban without prior approval from the NDPS court. He was asked to hand over his passport to the court. He was also prohibited from commenting on the process on social media or to media houses.
He is not allowed to leave Mumbai without informing the investigator. He was also asked to go to the NCB office every Friday between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. to show his presence.
Failure to comply with any of the conditions may result in the void of your deposit.
