Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold a review meeting on November 3rd with districts with low vaccination coverage.

According to the Prime Minister’s Office, PM Modi will hold the meeting via videoconference at 12 noon, immediately after returning to India after attending the G20 summit and COP26.

The meeting will include districts with less than 50 percent coverage of the first dose and low coverage of the second dose of the Covid-19 vaccine.

“The prime minister will interact with district judges from over 40 counties in Jharkhand, Manipur, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Maharashtra, Meghalaya and other states with low-density counties,” the statement said.

The Prime Ministers of these countries will also be present on this occasion.

Prime Minister Modi is in Rome for the two-day G-20 summit, which is about sustainable development and climate change, among other things. The theme of the meeting is “People, Planet and Prosperity”.

Before the summit PM Modi held a joint meeting with the President of the European Council Charles Michel and the President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen. He also met Pope Francis on Saturday morning in the Vatican.
