Shared on Instagram by Hardik Malik, a food blogger named Paidaishi Foodie, posted a video of making fire momos. The seller first fries some momos in a pan and then adds some vegetables. The person then sautées the momos so that the whole pan catches fire. Then generous portions of hot sauces are added to the preparation. The stall called Tenzi momos is in the Jaipuria Market in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.
