Assembly elections 2022 | AAP to announce Goa CM candidate today

Federal election 2022: Arvind Kejriwal, the National Leader of Delhi CM and Aam Aadmi Party, will today announce the CM face of the party for the Goa Assembly elections. In 2017, the AAP’s founder and leader, Elvis Gomes, was the party leader’s choice. However, he resigned in 2020. On Tuesday, Kejriwal had appointed Bhagwant Mann as AAP’s CM candidate for the Punjab Assembly polls.

Meanwhile, Janata Dal (United), an ally of the BJP-led NDA, who previously announced her decision to stand alone in the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, will today convene a meeting in Delhi to discuss her list of candidates for the UP to decide polls.

Uttar Pradesh will vote in seven phases to choose between February 10th and 403 MLAs March 7th. The votes will be counted on March 10th.
