A takeaway owner was shot dead by two men in Greater Noida for refusing to serve them food during the night curfew.

The owner of a food delivery service in Greater Noida was reportedly shot and killed by two men on Saturday after refusing to serve them food during the nightly curfew (11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.). The defendants were arrested.
According to the police, the dead person was identified as Kapil. He was a 27-year-old resident of Hapur and ran a restaurant in Noida. Police said the defendants became angry after Kapil denied them parathas after midnight.
According to the police, he told the two men that he could not serve them food because the restaurant was closed. This led to a heated argument, after which the defendant left. They returned to the diner with a gun around 3:30 a.m. and shot Kapil before escaping the site, police said.
Police received information that a man was shot dead late that night near Pari Chowk. He sustained a gunshot wound and was taken to a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
The defendants, identified as Aakash and Yogendra, have now been arrested. You will be transferred to the correctional facility. The two men have been going to the place in question for three years.
An FIR has been filed against the defendant under Sections 302 (Murder) and Sections 34 (Joint Intent) of the Indian Criminal Code.
